INTERSECTION

Search, AI, brand, and advertising are not separate disciplines. They are one system — and the businesses that treat them as separate are making decisions with incomplete information.

I work at the intersection because that is where the most important decisions are being made badly. A business can have excellent SEO and terrible brand equity. It can have sophisticated AI tools and no strategic clarity. It can spend heavily on advertising while destroying the trust that makes advertising work.

The South African market adds a specific layer of complexity: data quality challenges, trust deficits, a rapidly changing digital media landscape, and a shortage of people who can translate global marketing shifts into local commercial reality.
